Extra BSU Open Meet Site and Parking Info

Location/Parking for the meet

The Boise State Open will be held in the Bronco gym this year.  I have attached a map and will be sending a better quality one when our office manager gets it updated.  Parents will be able to drop the gymnasts off in front of the Bronco Gym (labeled Kinesiology on the map) and they will then be directed to a the Lincoln parking garage, where parking is free for Friday and Saturday.  We would like to stress that the parents should arrive with plenty of time to park and get over to the Bronco Gym.  The garage is not far from the meet site but there will be quite a few people on campus both Friday and Saturday.

College meet entry

All the gymnasts will get free entry into the Boise State Meet on Friday night but how they get in will depend on their age.  All gymnasts that are in Grade 8 or lower will be able to get into the college meet by wearing their warm-up jacket.  Gymnasts that are in grade 9 or higher must be put on a pass list.  This is where we need your help.  We need all the names of your gymnasts who will need to be put on the pass list and we need them ASAP.  In order for your gymnasts to make the pass list, I will need their names by Wednesday at noon.  Any names turned in late are not accepted and the gymnast will have to pay.  For everyone else the Boise State meet costs $6.00.
