GWGF Dates

I’m going to blame this one on copy and paste.  On page 9 and 10 of every ones packet it says GWGF is 22-24.  This is wrong.  The correct dates are February 20 – 22.  The good news is that on every ones packets the dates are correct on the page that has the details about GWGF.

Burn the Old Pages!!!

As the year progresses and changes happen, the packets you have recieved will stay up to date with new information you will receive here or from your coaches.  What I have asked them to do is update the pages you have in your packets with the new information and with the time/date stamp and Competitive Level at the bottom of each page you will know you have the most up to date information.  That is as long as you Burn the Old Pages.  I kid.  No really, Burn the Old Pages.

The plan, goal, theory…

of this is to keep communication as accurate as possible and get it into the hands of the people who need it in as timely a manner as possible.

I think if we all can help each other out we can achieve the perfect storm of competition information.

These packets will always have the most up to date and changed information.  Please use them as needed.

The 1st document is the first 8 pages of everyone’s packet explaining how we came to the budget we did for each competitive level.  All other documents are specific to each level.

This is, in all reality a budget.  We used 10 years of competitive history and the variables on page 8 to determine what this years competition budget will be.  As with all budgets if the variables change so will the budget.

Our goal is to minimize expense while maximizing value, all the while keeping who and what we’re doing this for in the forefront.  The Kids.
